This is the detail discovery step that enables me to fully understand your business and brand and requires you to complete my Project Brief Questionnaire.
Once I’ve received the Project Brief Questionnaire with your answers, it’s time for your consultation. We’ll cover everything from understanding your ideal client to the look and feel of your website such as colours and imagery. Then the exciting design work begins!

After your booking is confirmed, I’ll provide access to my website where you will have a personal ‘On-Line’ account. To make the process easy your on-line account provides you with all the resources you will need during this process, including a welcome pack, stages, steps and tasks, timelines, questionnaires, guides etc, and a file share area for documents.
We can also book in a Welcome Call once you have familiarized yourself with your Welcome Pack and Tasks.

How to get Started?
You have the option to complete my Proposal Enquiry booking form. Alternatively, you can Message Me if you have any questions or if you'd prefer book a relaxed pre-proposal Discovery Call to chat things over.
The on-line form gathers all the basic information needed for me to create your bespoke proposal. Once completed I’ll review your proposal request, and follow up via email with your proposal/contract.
After you’ve reviewed the proposal/contract and confirmed we’re good to go, I’ll send over an invoice for your deposit. You can also book a Proposal Q&A call if you it.

THE START

As part of the handover we'll schedule your launch date, and you’ll be given admin access to your website. You will have access to your Webkit Resources for videos, tutorials and how to guides and post-launch site guidelines. Once the website is live, we'll schedule a post hanover check in call.
I'm still here providing complimentary support should you need it. The website is all yours now you can do what you do best and WOW your customers and clients with your gorgeous new site, but I’ll still be around should you prefer editorial updates to be done by me.

Always working collaboratively with my clients, when you have your new website to preview, you’ll have several opportunities to request refinements during the testing process. I will provide you with a link to a view of your Website where you can easily drop a pin on an area you want to provide feedback and request refinements for what you need.
You’ll have a timeframe for each refinement stage and it’s a important to earmark time for reviewing and testing your gorgeous new website.
Towards the end of the this stage, we'll start planning and prepping for handover and launch.

I will draft out your website framework, then get to work on the development of your website, so this means that your first look at your new website will be a fully functioning website. This streamlines the process and makes it easy for you to review and test.

Our consultation we'll talk about your vision for the new website, covering the aesthetic and functional elements. The design needs to focus on what's important both functionally as well as being captivatingly gorgeous. We'll do a walk through of the journey and experience you want for your clients and as well as your admin to see if there’s anything else that your website can do to make running your business easy, and free up your time to focus on running your business.
I’ll also go through all of your content/copy, your images, and site map ensuring they all work perfectly for how your customers/clients will move through your website to reach your desired end goal.

Your Wixstudio hosting plan includes; enterprise grade security, automatic SSL certificate and monthly or weekly backups dependent on the chosen hosting plan. It also includes 1 year free domain name, for new domain names only.

You will receive access to your Admin Dashboard, including a Webkit library of resources , videos, tutorials and how to guides, and I'll provide 'me' as a complimentary 12 month supporter.

For website packages you receive access to my support hub; for when you need help or make a request for design and functional changes.
